Technological production

Fully automated and high-tech production technologies are commonly used in EPDAS factories. Thanks to the investments in digitization and ‘Industry 4.0’, the total of 14 fully automated robots are used in production for welding, painting, cutting, drilling and grinding. Aggregate storage bin panels and structure, twin shaft mixer bodies, cement silo panels and legs, cement screws and some other components are completely produced in robotic production lines with no human touch. Several automated handling systems, custom apparatuses and special assembly devices are being used in production additional to robotic arms that provide sustainable high quality and efficient production.
