Main Components Of Integrated Self Loading Mixer
Cabin
A protected area where the operator controls the concrete mixer truck self loading. The operator’s cab is the intelligent control center, featuring an ergonomic dashboard with integrated driving and mixing controls, real-time monitoring displays, and safety-enhanced design.
Self-loading Bucket
It Used to shovel raw materials into concrete mixer loaders. The system is an important feature of the self-feeding mixer. And it includes components such as a hopper and hydraulic arm, which automatically or semi-automatically load raw materials such as aggregate, cement and water into the mixing cylinder, reducing manual labor and improving efficiency.
Mixing Tank
The mixing tank is the core component used for mixing and transporting concrete. The mixing tank can rotate to ensure uniform mixing of concrete during transportation and prevent solidification. The mixing drum of a self loading mixer truck usually has a tilting function, which facilitates precise unloading.
Water Tank & Pumping System
Equipped with an independent water tank and pump for storing water required for mixing and allowing the self-loading mixer to draw water from an external source. The amount of water added can be controlled from inside the cab to ensure that water is added to the concrete mix in the correct proportions.
Hydraulic System
It provides power for vehicle movement, lifting of the feeding bucket, rotation of the mixing drum and unloading. It is one of the core power structures of the integrated self-loading mixer truck.
Chassis & Tires
It adopts a special chassis for construction machinery, featuring high passability and stability. Equipped with large-sized off-road puncture-resistant tires, it is solid and stable.
Engine System
Most of them are diesel engines, providing the power source for the vehicle’s operation and stirring. It features high torque output and excellent fuel economy, with a design focus on durability and heat dissipation performance.
Working Principle of Integrated Self Loading Mixing Truck
Loading
First, this integrated concrete mixer drives to the construction site to load raw materials. Through the operating control system, the front loading bucket loads the aggregate into the mixing drum. The bucket has hydraulic lifting and tilting functions, enabling quick loading.
Weighing
The weighing system checks the quantity before mixing. The precision sensors in our integrated self-loading mixer can detect the weight of sand and gravel aggregates in real time. The measurement accuracy error is controlled within ±1%.
Mixing
After weighing the materials, the engine drives the mixing drum to rotate 360°, thoroughly mixing the aggregates, cement, and water inside the drum. The mixing drum features a spiral blade design to ensure uniform mixing of the materials.
Transporting
The mixing drum rotates at low speed during transportation to the pouring area. The vehicle has good off-road performance and a discharge angle of 270°, allowing for flexible pouring.
Discharging
Upon arriving at the construction site, tilt and rotate the roller to directly unload the concrete into the designated location. Its adjustable unloading Angle and height can not only meet the requirements of ground pouring but also be directly connected to pumping equipment.
How to Operate the Integrated Self Loading Cement Mixer?
Inspect Equipment
Before starting the self loading mixer, conduct a thorough inspection of the equipment. Liquid level check: This includes hydraulic oil, engine oil and coolant. If they are insufficient, they should be replenished in time. Tire inspection: Ensure normal tire pressure to guarantee driving stability.
Start the Device
Turn the key to start the engine, then turn on the control panel. The screen will display information such as the weighing system and water supply system. Operators need to be familiar with all functions and set them according to requirements.
Control Equipment
The vehicle’s forward movement and steering are controlled by the electronic gearshift lever to achieve flexible movement. The immediate production and pouring of concrete can be achieved on the construction site by using the hydraulic control lever.
Clean Equipment
After completing the work, first turn off the power supply, then connect the high-pressure water pump to rinse the outer surface of the equipment. Subsequently, use a scraper and brush to clean any remaining concrete residue from the mixing drum and corners.
Unique Features of Integrated Self Loading Mixer Truck
Intelligent Control System
One-button start combined with an intuitive user interface allows a single operator to complete the entire process, significantly simplifying the operation process and reducing reliance on manual labor.
Precision Weighing System
Equipped with a new algorithm, the weighing error is ±1%, ensuring the accuracy of concrete mixing ratios from the source.
High-definition Touch Screen
Touchscreen operation is simple, convenient, and responsive, making it easy to use and enabling more efficient equipment control.
Innovative Formula Management System
Supports storage and retrieval of multiple mixing ratio modes, easily adapting to production requirements for concrete of different strength grades, and flexibly addressing diverse engineering scenarios.
Advanced Coating Process
All vehicle structural components are coated with epoxy primer, enhancing rust and corrosion resistance, and capable of withstanding high-temperature, high-humidity, and other diverse climatic conditions, thereby extending equipment service life.
