However, the construction site in the suburbs of Ghana’s local urban area is generally limited. The flat open space is narrow and crowded, and the surrounding residential areas are dense. The large-scale fixed mixing equipment covers a large area, has a long installation cycle, and cannot be transferred flexibly. It is completely impossible to adapt to the actual working conditions of the fragmentation, multi-point and multi-regional interspersed construction of the hospital.

The hospital construction project involves multiple stages such as foundation construction and main structure pouring, and the demand for concrete is large. Depending on the scale of the project, the customer expects to need about 30-35 cubic meters of concrete supply capacity per hour.
The structure of the construction site is complex, and there are transportation needs of a certain height and distance in some areas. Therefore, concrete pump machines are required to have a stable long-distance conveying ability and be able to achieve continuous operation.
The construction points are scattered, and the pouring demand is large and the synchronization requirements are high. The whole hospital park covers a large area, and the high-rise construction of the main building, the attached low-rise building, the road foundation of the park, the underground pipe network project and other operations need to be promoted synchronously. Large-scale fixed mixing stations require a large-volume equipment foundation and a long-term fixed establishment, which is not suitable for the construction rhythm of frequent switching of engineering projects or multiple sections spreading in batches. Customers need to move quickly between the construction site and complete the self-supply of concrete on a limited temporary leveling site.
At the beginning of docking customer needs, the EPDAS professional technical engineer team completely based on the actual working conditions of the Ghana hospital project, combined with the daily concrete consumption of the project, the height of the construction building, the distribution of the operating surface, the size of the site, the climate environment, the construction period plan and other multiple core elements, and abandons the single equipment recommendation model, in order to “Production capacity matching, dual pump diversion, flexible adaptation, stability and durability, cost reduction and efficiency increase” is the core principle, and the overall solution of integrated concrete is customized for customers to ensure that each equipment selection meets the real needs of the site.
In terms of concrete batching plant selection, combined with the average daily stable consumption of concrete in the hospital and the construction volume of small and medium-sized infrastructure projects, the theoretical production capacity of YHZM35 mobile batch plant is 35m³/h, which can accurately match the daily continuous feeding needs of the project. The production capacity is moderate and not redundant, which can not only meet the synchronous construction of multiple areas. The supply of materials will not cause waste of production capacity and increase costs. At the same time, this model is a mobile integrated design, which perfectly solves the pain points of the narrow site and the need for flexible transfer. It is the preferred model for restricted sites in the suburbs and small infrastructure projects for people’s livelihood.
At the level of concrete pumping equipment selection, combined with the characteristics of multi-point distributed construction and long-distance horizontal conveying parallel of the project, the customer’s site clearly needs two independent pumping equipment for subdivision operation. DHBT40 medium-sized concrete pump machine has sufficient conveying pressure and long conveying distance, and a single equipment can easily cover the high-altitude pouring of multi-storey buildings; two DHBT40 concrete pumps work and cooperate, one focuses on the pouring of high-rise main structures such as inpatient buildings and outpatient buildings, and the other is responsible for the auxiliary buildings, road foundations of the park, Long distance such as pipe network engineering.
YHZM35 portable concrete batching plant is a star integrated equipment independently developed and mass-produced by EPDAS. It is specially designed for overseas infrastructure projects with limited sites, tight construction periods, frequent transfers, and small and medium-sized projects.
Integrated design
The whole machine adopts an integral frame structure, which is pre-installed and integrated at the factory. It comes with its own walking tire chassis, and the towing vehicle can be quickly transferred.

This project is equipped with two DHBT40 concrete pumps of the same model. This model is a mature export medium-sized pumping equipment of EPDAS. After many years of overseas market verification, it has stable performance and solid structure.
Strong pumping performance
The rated conveying pressure of DHBT40 pump is reasonable, and the vertical conveying and horizontal conveying ability are outstanding, which can easily meet the high-altitude pouring of multi-storey buildings in hospitals and large-scale long-distance conveying in the park.
High-quality hydraulic system
The whole series is equipped with an upgraded high-pressure hydraulic system, with stable oil pressure output and sensitive power response. It has its own overload protection, pressure stabilization and high-temperature protection functions, and the pumping force can be automatically adjusted according to the concrete collapse degree.
Thickened wear-resistant structure
The core consumable parts such as hoppers, conveying cylinders, distribution valves, wear-resistant rings, etc. are all cast with high-strength wear-resistant alloys, thickened and reinforced, which are resistant to washing and loss-resistant.
