Traditional concrete batching plants have gradually revealed numerous limitations, such as high investment costs, long construction cycles, and decreased concrete quality and increased costs due to long transportation distances. It is against this backdrop that we have established a deep cooperation with a well-known Angolan infrastructure company, tailoring an on-site concrete solution centered around the YHZS35 mobile batching plant.
The client’s projects often have short cycles and frequently changing locations. Traditional fixed concrete plants have high foundation construction costs and complex assembly and disassembly, making them unsuitable for frequent relocation. Therefore, the equipment must have overall mobility, allowing for quick transportation to new construction sites and immediate use.
Reliance on local commercial concrete plants is not only costly but also susceptible to traffic, weather, and third-party scheduling issues. The client hopes to achieve on-site mixing and use of concrete through the equipment, enhancing control over construction.
The projects are mainly small and medium-sized, and the capacity requirement is not simply “the bigger the better,” but rather stable, continuous, and controllable. Over-configuration would increase initial investment and operating costs.
Considering the varying technical levels of local operators, the equipment must have user-friendly operation logic, be easy to maintain, and easy to train and use long-term.
After project confirmation, the equipment entered the production phase. Considering the actual working conditions in Angola, such as high temperatures, dusty environments, and the need for long-term continuous operation, the following aspects were controlled during the production process:

These tests ensured that the equipment could be quickly put into use upon arrival at the Angolan construction site, reducing on-site commissioning time.
The implementation of this project brought significant value enhancement to the client, primarily reflected in three dimensions: project schedule guarantee, quality compliance, and cost optimization. In terms of project schedule guarantee, the efficient and flexible deployment and stable high-production capacity of the YHZS35 mobile concrete mixing plant significantly improved concrete supply efficiency, effectively avoiding project delays caused by insufficient concrete supply.
In terms of quality assurance, the implementation of a full-process quality control mechanism and the precise proportioning capabilities of the equipment ensured stable and compliant concrete quality. The concrete pass rate during the project was 100%, with no rework required due to concrete quality issues. According to acceptance by relevant Angolan government departments, the road engineering concrete pavement flatness and strength indicators were superior to design requirements, and the concrete strength compliance rate of the main structure of the residential project reached 100%, receiving high praise from the acceptance department.
In terms of cost optimization, the efficient operation and convenient maintenance characteristics of the mobile batching plant helped the client significantly reduce overall costs. According to the client’s financial data, compared with the traditional commercial concrete supply model, the overall cost of concrete supply for this project was reduced by 25%. The main cost savings included three aspects: firstly, transportation costs – on-site concrete production eliminated the need for long-distance transportation, saving 800 Kwanza per cubic meter of concrete. With a total of 62,000 cubic meters of concrete supplied, approximately 49.6 million Kwanza in transportation costs were saved; secondly, equipment investment costs – the portable batching plant did not require complex foundation construction, and the equipment deployment cost was only 30% of that of a traditional fixed batching plant. Furthermore, the equipment can be reused in subsequent projects, significantly reducing the equipment allocation cost for a single project; thirdly, operation and maintenance costs – the low-maintenance characteristics of the equipment and the training of a local operation and maintenance team reduced monthly operation and maintenance costs by 60%, while also reducing equipment downtime and improving production efficiency.
